TOP 10 THIS CYCLE — NOVEMBER INDEX, CYCLE #312

The current top of the East Coast table.

Rank, score, and one-line rationale for the ten franchises our desk rates highest over the next 12 months — from NFL playoff races to College Football Playoff contenders across our 11-state footprint.

  • Elite (80–100)
  • Contender (65–79)
  • Middle (45–64)
  • Rebuild (0–44)
  1. 01 ▲ 2 Philadelphia Eagles NFL · NFC East · PA 92.4 ELITE

Healthy cap sheet, Hurts in his prime, and the deepest defensive line in the conference — our desk has them as the East Coast's most stable 12-month bet.

  2. 02 ▲ 4 Miami Hurricanes CFB · ACC · FL 89.7 ELITE

Best ACC recruiting class since 2017 locked in; transfer-portal retention and a top-10 schedule strength give them the clearest CFP path of any East Coast program.

  3. 03 — 0 Baltimore Ravens NFL · AFC North · MD 87.1 ELITE

Lamar Jackson under contract through 2027 and a top-three defense by DVOA. The only thing keeping them from 90+ is the historic AFC North attrition risk.

  4. 04 ▼ 1 Georgia Bulldogs CFB · SEC · GA 84.3 CONTENDER

Still the SEC East's anchor, but a thinner defensive front seven drops them a tick. They'll be in every CFP conversation from September on.
